Shane has been involved in sales/marketing roles and consulting for Fortune 500 companies down to small business.  His most recent venture, NuEthic, aims to take a new approach at how development and marketing on the web is approached with a "New Ethic" in delivery and processes. 

Shane formed LunchConnect through a simple post to a few friends and strangers on LinkedIn as to whether people wanted to get together over lunch and make a better use of their lunch hour.  It has blossomed into a group of over 400 professionals in the metro Salt Lake City area comprised of 4 chapters.

Having spent 9 years in the political arena, Adam has become a well-respected political strategist across the nation. He has held many top positions including Western States Director of Events and Surrogate operations for McCain for President in 2008, Chief of Staff for the North Dakota Senate Majority Leader, and was nationally recognized in 2010 for being the youngest Executive Director in the country for a state Republican Party.

Jake has a background in finance, marketing, and business development.  He has experience with sell side mergers and acquisitions and is an avid entrepreneur with several start-up companies in the tech and consumer products industries.  He also works for the Economic Development Corporation of Utah and helps existing businesses expand in the state as well as recruits outside companies to relocate here.

Bonnie has been doing marketing and event planning for over 8 years. She has worked with organizations of all shapes and sizes, including non-profits. She enjoys helping people realize their business goals through effective integrated marketing campaigns. Marketing, event planning and networking are in her blood. Cory is an accomplished professional offering over a decade of sales and business success on a national level. Cory has been in the mobile marketing world for over 4 years and has assisted several hundred companies in successfully launching mobile marketing campaigns. 

Carson is a nationally recognized leader and sales agent in the financial insurance industry.  In 2006, Carson was ranked as the 6th most producing agent in the nation.  He is currently a financial representative with industry powerhouse, Northwestern Mutual Financial Network.  His peers and clients know him for his custom tailored service with uncompromising integrity.

Otto is an seasoned sales and marketing professional with more than 10 years of experience. Otto's clients appreciate his unparalleled commitment to customer service and his passion for helping people connect. Otto holds a Bachelor degree in Management from Brigham Young University. He enjoys cycling, scuba diving, reading, and spending time with his wife and baby son!

A graduate of the Marriott School of Management, Adam Williams is a marketer based in Provo, Utah. His day job is as the marketing director for an international aerospace firm in Springville. In his off hours, Adam passes the time blogging, designing, optimizing websites, and spending too much time on social networks in the name of research.

Adam and his wife also started Provo Swim Academy, a swim instruction school, in 2009 and continue to see rapid growth and success. Their goal is to revolutionize the entire swim lesson experience including how the company gives back to the local and international community.
